Your story is evidence.
If you, a family member, or a client experienced abuse, medical neglect, or retaliation in immigration detention, or if you work inside a facility and have seen it, you can report it here. You decide who sees it. Nothing about your immigration status is required.
Received. Reports in the attorneys-only tier are reviewed within five business days. If you gave us a way to reach you, we will use only that method.
Working inside a facility?
Employees, contractors, and medical providers have a separate channel. Reports from staff are held in the attorneys-only tier by default, counsel reviews whistleblower protections before any use, and we never contact your employer.
The honest fine print
- Submitting a report does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not legal advice.
- Records may be subject to legal process. Counsel is deciding how reports are stored and routed before public launch; until then, this form is a prototype and does not transmit data.
- We will never ask for your immigration status, A-number, or documents to file a report.
- If you need to find someone in ICE custody, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator System; we cannot locate people.
