Retaliation is documented too. Reports of punishment for speaking up, including transfers, segregation, or loss of privileges, are treated as their own incident. Tell us if it happens.

Working inside a facility?

Employees, contractors, and medical providers have a separate channel. Reports from staff are held in the attorneys-only tier by default, counsel reviews whistleblower protections before any use, and we never contact your employer.

Records may be subject to legal process. Reports are stored in a restricted system for authorized review and are not sent by email.
We will never ask for your immigration status, A-number, or documents to file a report.
